Please meet Dina Ford, Owner and Executive Director of WILD About Learning Academy. Dina is a native to Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for over thirty-two years. Dina has been in the Early Childhood industry since 1997. Dina is passionate about her role within the community and strives to provide excellent customer service and mentorship to her team. Dina is married to James and they have five children “blended”; Colin, Tanner, Lauren, Kylee, and Carson. Recently Dina and her husband became a Grandparents to a beautiful set of twins Asher & Everleigh and she couldn’t be happier! In her free time she enjoys volunteering at Fellowship Bible Church, teaching group fitness classes, spending time on the lake, sharing Plexus Health & Wellness, sharing Young Living essential oils, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jenifer Helms


Please meet Jenifer our New Assistant Director of WILD-West, her Passion shines through the care and compassion she shows our families. She has served different families and children within Northwest Arkansas in Early Childhood Education for 10+ years. Jenifer is Married with 3 children, Carter, Hadlee, and Camdyn.  In her spare time she loves to spend time creating memories with her family, as well as traveling and sight seeing new places.

Amy Nunnally


Please meet Amy Nunnally, West’s new Director. Amy began her career in childhood education in 2003 while attending the University of Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas from 2003 to 2007 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. From 2007 to 2008, she attended graduate school and received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Amy has been married since 2010, her and her husband have two amazing children, Elijah and Hadley. In her spare time Amy enjoys quality family time with her husband and kids. They enjoy time outside in nature, playing games, relaxing and watching movies together.

Lexus Hudson


Please meet Lexus, she is a Lead Teacher in our Infant and Toddler program. She enjoys watching the children develop and being able to see them strive for what they love.  Lexus enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her two dogs.



Please meet Angelic, she is one of our part time staff members, as she is furthering her education at the University of Arkansas for her nursing degree. It brings her joy to see your child thrive and develop important social and emotional skills.

Kayla Brown


Please meet Kayla, She is one of our seasonal teacher’s who is an extra helping hand when she is not going from class to class at the U of A campus. You will see Kayla during the summer and her academic breaks. Kayla is continuing her journey with young children by pursuing her lifelong dreams of becoming a pediatric nurse. Her passion for children shines through her interactions with your children. In her free time, Kayla enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and spending time outdoors on the lake, as well as community outreach with her sorority!

Kylee Yuson


Please meet Kylee, She is a Lead Teacher in our Infant and Toddler program.  Wild has allowed Kylee to live out her life long dream of becoming a Teacher and helping shape the minds of young children.  Some of Kylee’s hobbies include movie marathons, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Macie DePeel


Please meet Macie, As her smile is contagious she will be the one to greet you anytime you enter the building. Macie is attending the University of Arkansas, getting a bachelor’s in Animal Science. She has a son named Huntley. Her passion for children, creativity, and animals, are one of the reasons why she is apart of our team! In her free time she loves to bake, paint, or spend time with her family. I am thankful for the time I get to spend getting to know the families at WILD- West.

Mikayla Kennedy


Please meet Mikayla, she is one of our Lead Teachers in our Infant and Toddler program. She has over 10+ years of childcare experience! Mikayla is a recipient of the T.E.A.C.H Scholarship, which is helping her to
obtain her degree in Early Childhood Education. In her classroom she ensures they strive to be focusing on fine motor skills, sensory development, gross motor skills, physical development and health, as well as cognitive development- which is crucial at this age.



Please meet Ashton. She is one of our Lead Teacher within the Infant and Toddler program!  Ashton is currently going back to school to complete her degree for Elementary Education. Ashton is also expecting her first baby, Collyns the first of November! In her spare time you can find her out exploring, baking goodies, or snuggled up on the couch watching movies.  I love that I get to be apart of their growth and development!
