Please meet Dina Ford, CEO/Regional Director of WILD About Learning Academy-West. Dina is a native to Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for over thirty-two years. Dina has been in the Early Childhood industry since 1997. Dina is passionate about her role within the community and strives to provide excellent customer service and mentorship to her team. Dina is a Mother to three children; Tanner, Lauren, and Carson, and her children are her world. Her newest joy is her twin grandbabies; Asher and Everleigh. In her free time Dina enjoys practicing yoga, instructing group fitness classes, spending time with her grandchildren, decorating, traveling, and listening to live music.
Please meet Adrianna, she is new to our team and just relocated from Texas! Before coming to WILD, Adrianna was a Discovery Guide at Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center! Adrianna has a passion for children and helping them learn. In her spare time she enjoys reading & watching movies with her two cats, Patches & Noodles!
Please meet Alexia. Alexia has been in the childcare industry since 2019. She loves seeing the babies smile and reach new milestones! In her free time, Alexia likes to hike, read, sew, and sing! She loves our kiddos so well and helps them to learn lots of skills!
Please meet Amy, she is new to the childcare industry! She was looking for a career change after having her sweet daughter, Alyson. She comes from a big family and has 9 brothers and sisters so being around kiddos comes naturally to her! In her free time she loves spending time outside with her daughter and nieces and nephews!
Please meet Ashton, our Assistant Director of WILD- West. She has a strong passion for children and loves being a part of their growth and development. Ashton has been with WILD since 2021, and has worked at both campuses, serving many families of NWA. Ashton and her Fiancé have two beautiful daughters, Collyns and Charleston. In her spare time, Ashton loves spending quality time with family and exploring Tanyard Creek with their Chocolate Lab, Ellie.
Please meet Claudette, one of our Floater teachers. She began in October of 2022 in the childcare industry. She is a college student at the University of Arkansas. During her job search, she fell in love with Wild and the people! Outside of work, most of her time is dedicated to her studies. She is a pre-nursing major and is looking forward to starting nursing school! She also loves to travel – Claudette has backpacked and toured Europe! She also enjoys spending time with family and goes home every chance she gets!
Please meet Erin, one of our Mobile 2 teachers. Erin has been babysitting and helping other Girl Scouts for 10+ years but officially joined the childcare industry in 2020. In her free time, Erin likes to hike and play video games. A goal Erin has for her time at WILD is to make sure each baby has every opportunity to grow, feel loved, and cared for!
Please meet Ghizele, she am currently in school full time. You will see her floating around the rooms and help as needed. She enjoys being able to visit all the kids in the classrooms. In her spare time she likes to spend time with family .
Please meet Jenifer our Director of WILD-West, her Passion shines through the care and compassion she shows our families. She has served different families and children within Northwest Arkansas in Early Childhood Education for 10+ years. Jenifer is Married with 3 children, Carter, Hadlee, and Camdyn. In her spare time she loves to spend time creating memories with her family, as well as traveling and sight seeing new places.
Please meet Julie! She enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her family. You can find her in the gym to help as a stress relief or to just relax. We are excited for her to be a part of your child’s educational growth as well as social and emotional.
Please meet Lauren! She grew up roaming the halls of WILD and now is walking them assisting teachers and Managers as a Regional Director Assistant for both campuses! She has always looked up to her mom, and found a love for helping out the families in her community just as much as she does! She is currently attending the University of Arkansas working towards her Business Degree, she is only here part time as school is her top priority!
Please meet Macie, As her smile is contagious she will be the one to greet you anytime you enter the building. Macie is attending the University of Arkansas, getting a bachelor’s in Animal Science. She has a son named Huntley. Her passion for children, creativity, and animals, are one of the reasons why she is apart of our team! In her free time she loves to bake, paint, or spend time with her family. I am thankful for the time I get to spend getting to know the families at WILD- West.
Please meet Maria, one of our floater teachers. She has recently joined the childcare industry and has loved every moment! She likes to spend time outdoors when it is nice out. She enjoys traveling with family also! She loves spending time with her younger sister by playing outside, singing, dancing, and being silly with her! She has 4 dogs that always make her day! Her goal at Wild is to have fun teaching and getting to watch the babies grow!
Please meet Mariah, one of our Walker 2 teachers. Mariah has a passion for helping the kids in her care to grow mentally and emotionally. Mariah has been in the childcare industry since 2022. In her free time, she likes to hangout with friends, go on walks, and watch youtube.
Please meet Raegan! Raegan has lived in Northwest Arkansas for 3-4 years now and absolutely loves it! She is married, and they have 3 amazing little fur babies. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies and riding bikes on the trails. She looks forward to working with your children and getting to know them better over the school year.
