Please meet Dina Ford, CEO/Regional Director of WILD About Learning Academy-West. Dina is a native to Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for over thirty-two years. Dina has been in the Early Childhood industry since 1997. Dina is passionate about her role within the community and strives to provide excellent customer service and mentorship to her team. Dina is a Mother to three children; Tanner, Lauren, and Carson, and her children are her world. Her newest joy is her twin grandbabies; Asher and Everleigh. In her free time Dina enjoys practicing yoga, instructing group fitness classes, spending time with her grandchildren, decorating, traveling, and listening to live music.

Please meet Aly! In her spare time you can find her in the gym practicing kickboxing. I’ve worked in the hospital caring for adults, but am so excited to embark on this new journey working with your kiddos. Aly is very easy going and level headed, she is a great addition in our young toddler rooms.

My name is Ashanti, I was born and raised in Springdale, AR. My favorite part of working with children is making them feel loved anyway I can. I enjoy singing and dancing with the children to make the day fun and exciting.

Please meet Elaina. She is our Nutrition Specialist, she is a culinary graduate of Auguste Escoffier, Disney culinary Program, as well as a certified holistic nutrition coach. She brings her knowledge and experience to the role of nutrition specialist to support our children in forming positive relationships with food from a young age. She believes in the power of functional movement and nutrient rich foods to transform lives, create healthy families and build strong communities. In her free time you can find her kickboxing, spending time outdoors and bringing healthy baked goods to the Bentonville Farmer’s Market with her brand Primal Pastry.

My name is Ghizele, I am currently in school full time. I currently float around the rooms and help as needed. I love being able to visit all the kids in the classrooms. I enjoy spending my time with family when I am not working or going to school.

Please meet Jenifer our Assistant Director of WILD-West, her Passion shines through the care and compassion she shows our families. She has served different families and children within Northwest Arkansas in Early Childhood Education for 10+ years. Jenifer is Married with 3 children, Carter, Hadlee, and Camdyn. In her spare time she loves to spend time creating memories with her family, as well as traveling and sight seeing new places.

Please meet Julie! She enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her family. You can find her in the gym to help as a stress relief or to just relax. We are excited for her to be a part of your child’s educational growth as well as social and emotional.

My name is Kaley, I ‘m very open hearted and understanding. I’m compassionate and loving. I have 2 girls who are my world, and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them. In my spare time you will find me singing and dancing. I’m excited to work with your children daily, and get to know them better.

My name is Keisha, I have a little boy name Carson who is my world, he keeps me on my toes at all times. I enjoy spending my time going on nature walks and photography. I love to see all the things that are created, in the natural beautiful moments!

Please meet Lauren! She grew up roaming the halls of WILD and now is walking them assisting teachers and Managers as a Regional Director Assistant for both campuses! She has always looked up to her mom, and found a love for helping out the families in her community just as much as she does! She is currently attending the University of Arkansas working towards her Business Degree, she is only here part time as school is her top priority!

My name is Lexie, I am fairly new to childcare in Northwest Arkansas but get my experience through my own son, Jasper, and years of babysitting/nannying. Jasper is my world and pushes me every day to be the light and pour into not only him but the kids in our facility as well! Outside of work I enjoy tending to my plants, trying new coffee spots, and exploring new places with my fiancé and son! Thank you for letting me love on your littles while they are here at our school!

Please meet Lindy! She is currently a student at NWACC working towards a degree in early childhood education. Her love for children shines through the interactions that she shares with the children daily. In her spare time she likes to watch Netflix, do homework, or spend time with my family. When the weather gets nicer she enjoys kayaking and a good book in her hammock.

Please meet Macie, As her smile is contagious she will be the one to greet you anytime you enter the building. Macie is attending the University of Arkansas, getting a bachelor’s in Animal Science. She has a son named Huntley. Her passion for children, creativity, and animals, are one of the reasons why she is apart of our team! In her free time she loves to bake, paint, or spend time with her family. I am thankful for the time I get to spend getting to know the families at WILD- West.

My name is Raegan! I’ve lived in Northwest Arkansas for 3-4 years now and absolutely love it! I am getting married in November, and we have 3 amazing little fur babies. We enjoy watching movies and riding bikes on the trails. I look forward to working with your children and getting to know them better over the school year.
